This message pertains to all existing clients and remains in effect throughout the winter season.

WINTER ADVISORY: Please note that we will continue operations if possible during snow storms. Please note that weather can have an inadvertent effect on estimate accuracy and please be prepared for increased labor charges if weather and roads are not clear. Please ensure that your drive way and access to your home is completely clear for the movers. You may call us if you wish to reschedule, otherwise operations will continue as scheduled.

As a reminder, a response to your confirmation email remains the best form of communication.

Turn That Frown Upside Down

We do strive to always do an excellent job for our customers, but sometimes accidents and problems can occur.

It is our wholehearted goal to make sure you NEVER have to take your complaint elsewhere (if you feel this is the case with your complaint, please stop what you are doing and contact Matthew O immediately at 1-800-482-8828 if our office is closed please visit and choose 'Submit a Claim' at the top). There are steps that both you and I can take to ensure a stress free move.

When you reserve a date we will always confirm your date by email. If this is not practical we will send out a confirmation by mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please inform us. Any changes to your operations should be advised to us in writing as a response to your confirmation email. As a part of your confirmation, you should receive links to both our moving tariff and our moving checklist. I recommend reading both of these documents in full to ensure a stress and complication free move.
